VB-1X is an air curing, liquid damping compound. Its combination of silica-mica, ceramics and an advanced chemical binder greatly reduces structural resonance by converting vibration into “viscous” friction or low level heat. It is purple in color when applied and changes to matte black when dry. VB-1X can be applied with SG-1 spray gun. It can also be applied with a paint brush or roller. VB-1X works fantastic when applied to the interior or exterior enclosures.
