HUSH™ dB1: Sound management foam is a strong, resilient, low density (32 kg/m3/2.0pcf) foam. It's composition and structure make is a suit able component material in, acoustic panel products requiring structural integrity, sound absorption and sound insulation management. HUSH™ dB1 Sound Management Foam is made from a proprietary blend of custom-designed low density polyethylene and is custom-designed for optimum structural and sound management properties at a low foam density.

Why is Hush™ dB1 different? Contrary to classical porous, or open call materials, HUSH™ dB1 doesn't absorb or retain water during real life uses. It keeps it's acoustical performance even in very humid conditions (>95% RH) and does not cause corrosion. Weights only 1" .25lb./sf 2" .50lb./sf

Size Available (plank): 1" or 2: x 24" x 48", can be split, cut, skived, laminated and profiled as needed.
